Modern security upgrade project at a Gold Coast beachfront resort.Solution
Our Queensland team delivered a modern security upgrade for the Golden Riviera Beach Resort. Engaged by the strata body corporate, our team replaced the previous intercom and access control system with a cloud-based DNAKE intercom solution and FDI iPassan access control system. The project included 25 entry point call stations servicing more than 70 apartments, along with 35 upgraded Bluetooth readers throughout the resort. With no cabling required, the solution was ideal for the beachfront environment, helping to mitigate the risk of cable erosion while delivering greater convenience through mobile credentials and significant cost savings. The Golden Riviera Beach Resort is located on the Southern Gold Coast at Tugun on the beach, and boasts self-contained apartments surrounded by landscaped gardens along with a pool, spa, sauna, gym and entertaining facilities.Developer
