Design and installation of a security and access control system at West Tower at Melbourne Quarter.Solution
Engaged by Prime Electrical, our VIC team designed and installed a security and access control system across West Tower, a 45-storey build-to-rent development at Melbourne Quarter. Our solution consisted of ICOM intercom monitors and door stations (DNAKE OEM), iPassan access control with lift control, Milesight CCTV and Schlage battery locks. Located on Flinders Street in Melbourne, West Tower features 797 residences in a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, along with premium amenities including a lap pool, cinema, co-working spaces, and a fully equipped gym with spa, sauna and steam room, among others. Delivered by Lendlease in partnership with Daiwa House, West Tower forms the final piece of Lendlease’s Melbourne Quarter precinct, a landmark urban regeneration precinct more than 13 years in the making.
