Design and installation of an intercom and access control system at Esprit in Queensland.Solution
Engaged by S&S Project Developments, our team designed and installed a full cloud-based FDi iPassan access control system and DNAKE intercom system across the two residential towers spanning this coastal development. Our tailored solution consisted of DNAKE intercom monitors, FDi iPassan access control with ConnecX integration to allow access with mobile phone credentials, Dahua CCTV, and Schlage Omnia smart locks. Located close to Rainbow Bay beach, Esprit boasts luxury residences as well as a stunning rooftop residential wellbeing deck.Developer
