With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration and Finance, Ari began his career by working for Schindler Lifts Pty Ltd in the 90s. In his 12 years at Schindler, Ari held various positions in business development, logistics and operations management, where he developed a thorough understanding of the construction industry and allied industries. Later, he acquired Epsilon Tech (formerly known as Supatech Security) in 2004 and has since taken the company to market leadership nationally with distribution and security contracting businesses covering all major Australian cities. With a strong emphasis on people, customer service and standardisation, Ari’s focus has, and continues to be, on leading a business and brand that continues to transform the apartment living experience and create safer communities.

Peter began his career at Epsilon Tech (formerly known as Supatech Security) as a graduate in 2005. Having completed a Bachelor of Business, a Certificate in Accounting as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Peter’s contribution to the business has evolved over time from an internal sales role to managing the operations side of the business and to becoming a General Manager inside the group. Throughout his time at Epsilon Tech, Peter has played an instrumental role in the promotion of the brand nationally, ensuring the key products are sold and supported throughout Australia. Peter has extensive experience in dealing with overseas suppliers as well as local top tier customers and understands the demands of the construction industry, in particular, the importance of effective project delivery and of meeting tight deadlines. His in-depth knowledge of various security systems and his ability to understand new technologies make him a go-to person for customers and stakeholders alike when it comes to system design and specification. Peter enjoys nothing more in his work than being a trusted partner to clients, helping them see their residential projects through to completion.

Tristan Evans is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Starting his career as an apprentice, and joining Epsilon Tech in 2021, he has steadily risen through the ranks, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellence. Prior to his current role, Tristan excelled as a Sales Manager, where he demonstrated strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. His expertise spans business development, operations, team leadership, and delivering tailored security solutions. As Queensland General Manager, Tristan brings his extensive knowledge and experience to Epsilon Tech focusing on driving growth, optimising operations, and enhancing client satisfaction across the region.

Ken Taylor has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, initially completing his A Grade certification and continuing to work as an electrician on large industrial and commercial sites throughout Victoria, working as a leading hand and then project manager on such sites as, Melbourne Casino, Burnley Tunnel, Marvel Stadium, and countless residential apartment projects. At 32 Ken became an electrical estimator securing work for two large tier 1 electrical contractor companies, both employing over 200 electricians at peak. As General Manager VIC, Ken plays an instrumental role in the strategic direction of the Group while also managing the VIC team and driving major project sales and delivery.

With more than 30 years of experience in security industry, Dan joined Epsilon Tech (formerly Urmet Group in Australia) in 2003. He has an Electrical Engineering degree, an in-depth technical knowledge of security systems, technologies and vast experience in service, operations, and technical support management. Working closely with all our international partners to introduce innovative solutions, assisting with hardware, software, firmware, testing, product launches, updates and support, Dan has ensured seamless integration and functionality of all our products to meet the complex requirements of customers and our Australian market. Dan plays an essential role in providing technical solutions for all parts of the business, focusing primarily on product development and technical support management.

With over 30 years of experience in the property industry, Alex has built a wealth of expertise in managing buildings with Body Corporate and working as an operations manager for one of the leading national developers. His deep understanding of property maintenance, along with his ability to provide strategic solutions enables him to drive cost-effective savings for building owners. As the Chairman of a building for over five years, Alex has firsthand experience with the challenges and complexities of building management. His insight into the operations of owners corporations, strata, and building management has allowed him to navigate issues efficiently and provide valuable solutions.
