We are excited to announce the next chapter in our story – we are now Epsilon Tech. Formerly known as SUPA Tech, our name change reflects a recent shift in our status, where we are now operating independently from Smart Urban Properties Australia (SUPA).

This evolution positions both Epsilon Tech and SUPA to focus more clearly on their specialist expertise and future growth, while continuing to work closely together to deliver integrated solutions for the property sector.

While Epsilon Tech now operates independently, our close partnership with SUPA continues, and we are proud to remain SUPA’s security and smart home solutions partner.

Our deep commitment to our customers, our partners and our community remain our key priority. All existing agreements, delivery teams, contacts, and service commitments remain the same, and we stay committed to delivering the same high level of expertise, service, and support our clients have now come to expect from us, well into the future.

Epsilon Tech will also be led by the same management team that our clients and partners know and trust, being:

• Ari Koutsougeras, Chief Executive Officer
• Peter Koutsougeras, General Manager NSW
• Tristan Evans, General Manager QLD, and
• Ken Taylor, General Manager VIC.

Having previously been known as Urmet and Epsilon Security before joining SUPA in 2023, our new name honours our business’ heritage, while also representing the broader technology and smart building offering we have today.

As we move into this next chapter of our story, Epsilon Tech will continue to focus on providing integrated smart building and security solutions to bring multi-occupancy buildings to life, including:

• Intercoms
• Access control
• Smart locks
• Home automation
• CCTV, and
• Residential building apps.

We will also continue to grow our product distribution, installation and service capabilities across the Australian property development market, with a focus also on innovation to drive efficiency and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

We look forward to continuing to work with SUPA to ensure clients benefit from a seamless, integrated approach, combining SUPA’s infrastructure and essential services capabilities with our specialist expertise, to help create smarter, safer and more connected buildings and communities.
